Someone hacked my Hotmail account!

This is bad, I tried signing in to MSN today only it to say my password was wrong, at first I thought made I made a mistake, but that wasn't it. Then I tried to change my password but I soon discovered that my Hotmail account was hacked, my secret answer was changed and the hint for it was changed to something in French. I don't know what to do now to get my Hotmail account back, I fear what whoever hacked it could be using it for :(.
